Our story began around 1992, when she stole a glance from across the room. She wore a pink tiara and smiled at me from the plastic kitchen, whipping up a batch of easy-bake brownies. I paused from my grueling manual labor to smile back from behind the foam blocks of my nearly-constructed "condominium" (the preschool teachers wouldn't let us use the word "fort" as it inferred war and, subsequently, violence).
There remain rumors that I tried to repeatedly kiss his her throughout the remainder of our preschool tenure - but the only truth that has withstood the test of time is our relationship... and delicious brownies.
While we take seriously our love for freshly baked delicacies and smooth, hoppy brews as our namesake entails, you will find we are passionate hobbyist - aspiring travelers, avid readers, fitness fiends, style scholars, sports fanatics, skier/snowboarders, musicians, and the newest addition to our resume: bicyclists.
Did we mention one of us loves baking and the other is a novice brewer?
